• Mission: make DeFi investing accessible & compliant for retail investors
• Challenge: combine regulatory compliance with user-friendly crypto wealth management

🛠 My Role & Contributions

• Founded the company, raised $1M Pre-seed & Seed (led by SIG)
• Built and scaled a team of 18 employees (8 engineers)
• Designed & shipped the React Native mobile app (iOS & Android) for onboarding, KYC, and portfolio tracking
• Integrated DeFi protocols: Enzyme, Uniswap, Aave, Curve, Compound, Lido, Yearn, Anchor
• Served as both CEO and MLRO — handled compliance, AML frameworks, and regulatory engagement
• Drove product-market fit experiments and led investor relations

📈 Impact

• Reached 1K active users and €650K AUM within 6 months
• Secured VASP registration and built a compliant DeFi platform
• Featured in media and conferences (BFMTV, BSmart, WebSummit, FinTech Talents)
• Ultimately missed product-market fit, attempted pivots, and exited via private deal in 2025
